It was the fabulous 1950s when Alfonso Valentinis, together with his family, discovered Lignano and the unmistakable charm of “Pineta,” establishing it as an iconic destination for international tourism. From that encounter, a bond with the territory was born, leading to the construction of one of the first hotels in Lignano Pineta. Hospitality rooted in intimacy, sacrifice, and determination was immediately transformed into commitment, strengthening the connection with the Adriatic peninsula and going beyond a personal dimension.
It may be a fortunate coincidence – “Olympics 1956 and 2026” – which also reminds us of the jubilee of our partner Cortina d’Ampezzo, where 2026 marks the new Olympic and Paralympic Games. And while for us it is not a sports competition, imagining and promoting the future and friendship is an act of courage, but also of trust.
Here we are, after seventy years of history, innovation, memories, and relationships built season after season together with you and all the collaborators who have accompanied us. Looking forward means following the path that has made us who we are: hoteliers for four generations.
